Strawberry, Banana & Blueberry Bread

Green Isle Sunrise Smoothie (Strawberry, Banana, Blueberry) mix
425g for a very moist bread, 225g for a less fruity moist bread. Slightly thawed
150g butter softened
200g brown sugar
2 eggs lightly beaten
250g self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pre-heat oven to 180°C, grease and line a 7cm deep 11cm x 21 cm loaf pan.
Using an electric mixer cream the butter and sugar together until pale.
Add egg in 2 batches beating well after each addition.
Add the fruit mixture, flour, baking powder and milk to the mixture and stir until combined.
Spoon into loaf tin and bake for 50-55 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
