Chilli Asian Prawn Stir Fry with
Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

225g prawns

2tbsp cooking oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

320g Green Isle Caulilfower Rice

3 tbsp chill sauce ( add according to taste)

1 pack of Green Isle Asian Stir Fry

Method

 

  1. Place prawns in bowl, add soya sauce & sesame oil. Set aside for 10 mins.

  2. Add 1 tbsp of oil to hot wok/pan. Add prawns and stir fry on medium-high heat until cooked through, then remove from pan.

  3. Add 1 tbsp of oil to hot wok/pan.  Add ½ pack of Green Isle Asian Stir Fry and stir fry for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Add cooked prawns, chilli sauce and caulifower rice to stir fry and mix together for 3-4 minutes. Serve & enjoy!

  5. Alternatively substitute the Prawns for Chicken, Beef or Pork.
