Chilli Beef

Serves 4

Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

       2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 teaspoon chilli flakes

450g lean minced beef

5 tablespoons oyster sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon water

1  onion, halved & sliced

150g mushrooms, sliced

Freshly ground black pepper

150g Green Isle Green Beans

Basil, handful of fresh leaves shredded

Green Isle Cauliflower Rice

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a preheated wok or deep frying pan, add the garlic and chilli flakes and fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add the minced beef and brown all over, before stirring in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and water.
  3. Add the onion and mushrooms, season with black pepper and cook over a moderate heat for 5 minutes. 
  4. Stir in the Green Isle Green Beans and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix through shredded basil.
  6. Serve with Green Isle Caulilfower Rice.

Vegetarian Option:

Remove minced beef and oyster sauce and add in Green Isle Broccoli and a can of mixed beans, drained &
