Sunrise Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 pack of Green Isle Sunrise Smoothie
425g (Strawberry, Banana, Blueberry)
3 tbsp of Greek yogurt
1 small jug of water
2 tbsp of oats 1 tbsp Chia seeds

Method

Add ½ Bag of the frozen mix to the blender/ nutri bullet
Add the Greek yogurt and oats
Add the small jug of water, you can add more if the mix is too thick Blend until smooth.
Pour mix into a bowl and repeat the steps above depending on the portion size needed.
Decorate with a handful of green isle sunrise mix defrosted and some Chia seeds.
