Tandoori Prawns
with Cauliflower Rice + Chick peas,
Pomegranate, Butternut Squash & Red Onion

Ingredients

1 bag (320g) Green Isle Cauliflower Rice + Chick peas, Pomegranate, Butternut Squash & Red Onion

180g raw prawns

½ teaspoon of Tandoori seasoning

1 teaspoon of oil

Method

Place prawns in a dish, add the oil and tandoori seasoning, mix well and set aside for a few minutes. Cook over a high moderate heat in a non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes.

Cook Green Isle Cauliflower Rice + Chick peas, Pomegranate, Butternut Squash & Red Onion as per pack instructions.

Serve tandoori prawns on a bed of Caulilfower Rice + Chick peas, Pomegranate, Butternut Squash & Red Onion
