Chewy Raspberry Granola bars

1tsp coconut oil

melted 120g lemon curd or apple sauce

80ml milk

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp cinnamon

250g Oats

140g frozen raspberries


Preheat the oven to 180°C, line a 8inch square baking tin

In a large bowl ,stir the the oil and apple/lemoncurd together until smooth.

Mix in the milk,honey and cinnamon until completely combined.

Stir in the oats until evenly coated and gently fold in the raspberries.

Press the mixture into the tin and bake for 16-19 minutes

Cool and slice into squares.
