Grilled Honey Salmon

Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
450g lean minced beef
5 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 onion, halved & sliced
150g mushrooms, sliced
Freshly ground black pepper
150g Green Isle Green Beans
Basil, handful of fresh leaves shredded
Green Isle Cauliflower Rice
Method
- Lightly rub the garlic over the salmon fillets.
- Drizzle the honey over the fish and season with pepper and salt.
- Cook under the grill for 10 minutes (until the salmon is cooked through).
- Serve with Green Isle Country Mix and Cauliflower Rice.
