Shredded Piri Piri chicken and tropical salsa tacos

225g Green Isle Tropical Smoothie Mix (defrosted)
1 red chilli
Juice of half a lime
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp. chopped coriander or mint

8 Tacos prepared as per pack
Half an iceberg lettuce shredded
4 chicken fillets
2tbsp piri piri seasoning
4 tbsp. Greek yogurt – optional.



Chop the frozen tropical mix into small cubes. Thinly slice the chilli In a small bowl combine the Tropical smoothie, coriander, chilli, lime juice, sugar and set aside.


Fry the chicken fillets on a grill pan sprinkled with the piri piri seasoning until cooked. With two forks shreds the cooked chicken. Assemble the tacos by dividing the lettuce, chicken and tropical salsa into each taco. Serve with Greek yogurt.
