Strawberry salad with feta cheese and spinach
This simple summer salad can we whipped up in less than 10 minutes using Green Isle defrosted Strawberries, the perfect way to help you get one of your 5 a day.

200g of Green Isle Strawberries defrosted and quartered
2 handfuls of spinach per serving
100g Feta cheese
2 tbsp. walnuts
Balsamic vinegar to serve
Method:
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, divide into servings and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
